Shipping and Returns
Delivery
All products are sent via Royal Mail First Class Delivery. Higher value orders may be sent by Special Delivery and will require a signature.
Orders are sent within 5 days from receipt of order. Should this be longer we will let you know.
Delivery Charges
Are based on total order value and include VAT(17.5%). This will be shown at the checkout stage.

Cancellation and Returns
We must be notified in writing (by email) within four working days of taking delivery if you wish to return any product. In the case of Orthopaedic pillows within ten working days. After this time it will be deemed that you have accepted the goods.
If you wish to make a return then these should be sent in their original unopened packing where appropriate to :

We strongly recommend that returns be sent by RECORDED DELIVERY. Once we receive the goods in a saleable condition a refund for their cost will be made.
